My Practice and Covid-19 Safety
I offer daytime and evening in-person counselling appointments and also see clients on a Saturday morning at my practice in central Farnham. There are several public car parks and Farnham train station is within easy walking distance. Please note there is a flight of stairs to the main reception on the first floor where my counselling room is also located - unfortunately there is no lift available in the building.

Initial assessment: I offer a free of charge telephone assessment to talk about what you would like to bring to counselling and how I might be able to help. It takes 15/20 minutes and is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and for us to decide if we would be a good fit working together.
Fees: £55 per 50 minute session for all session types - in-person, telephone or online.
Payment: I accept payment by bank transfer, cash and credit/debit card. Bank transfer payments are due 24 hours before each session. Cash and credit/debit card payments are accepted for in-person appointments only.
Cancellation: Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or failure to attend an appointment will incur the full fee.

For the safety of all visitors, current Covid-19 procedures include the following:
Face coverings are encouraged but not compulsory
There are antibacterial sprays in each therapy room, hand sanitiser on arrival and antibacterial wipes throughout the building
Clear screens are available for use during sessions
Each therapy room is sanitised by staff after each use
I will also continue to -
Sanitise my hands regularly
Ventilate my room between appointments
Ensure our chairs are positioned at least one metre away from each other
Leave a window open for extra ventilation if you would like to, whilst being mindful of confidentiality
